SJR 46 - Currently, assessors of all charter counties except for Jackson County are required to be elected officers. This proposed Constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, removes this exception for Jackson County.

This amendment is identical to SJR 10 (2021), SJR 47 (2020), and SJR 17 (2017).
