SCS/SB 1180 - This act adds prepaid dental plans to a statute requiring insurers to pay providers directly if a patient has assigned his or her insurance benefits to the provider.

This act is similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/HCS#2/SB 710 (2022), provisions in CCS/HCS/SS/SB 690 (2022), and HCS/HB 2743 (2022).
