HCS/HB 1757 - This act creates the State Building Usage Task Force, with membership as outlined in the act. The Task Force shall provide and maintain an accurate account of all Missouri state government-owned and leased real property, evaluate the conditions of such property, evaluate the current and needed funding for such property, and make certain recommendations and plans for rehabilitation or liquidation of such property. The Task Force shall meet periodically and report a summary of its activities and recommendations as provided in the act.
The provisions of this act shall expire on August 28, 2034.
