Section 1. & Section 2.

This act authorizes the conveyance of certain state property located in the city of Kirksville to the Kirksville R-III School District. The act also authorizes the conveyance of certain state property located in the city of Kirksville to Truman State University.

These provisions are identical to SB 1111 (2022), provisions in the truly agreed CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 1606 (2022), and to provisions in HB 2719 (2022).

Section 3.

This act authorizes the conveyance of certain state property located in Iron County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.

This provision is identical to HB 1478 (2022) and to a provision in HB 2719 (2022).

Section 4.

This act authorizes the conveyance of certain state property located in Pike County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.

This provision is identical to HB 2568 (2022), SB 1112 (2022), and to a provision in HB 2719 (2022).
