SB 652 - Beginning June 1, 2026, and ending July 31, 2026, this act authorizes a sales tax exemption for the sale of tickets to matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup soccer tournament held in Jackson County. This act is identical to HB 2544 (2022) and to a provision in SB 743 (2022) and CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 1606 (2022).
