SJR 1 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, affirms the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife. No law, rule, or regulation shall unreasonably restrict hunting, fishing, or harvesting wildlife or the use of traditional devices and methods.

This amendment is identical to SJR 32 (2022) and SJR 3 (2021) and is similar to HCS/HJRs 82 & 106 (2022), SJR 16 (2021), and HJRs 23 & 38 (2021), and similar to HCS/HJR 20 (2023).
