SCR 3 - This concurrent resolution expresses support for public awareness on the issue of motorcycle profiling, encourages collaboration and communication with the motorcycle community and law enforcement to end motorcycle profiling, and urges law enforcement officials to include statements condemning motorcycle profiling in written policies and training manuals. This resolution is identical to SCR 9 (2021) and HCR 77 (2020).
