SB 461 - This act specifies that no health benefit plan shall impose cost-sharing, as defined in the act, for certain breast examinations.

This act is similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed HCS/SS/SCS/SB 106 (2023), provisions in HCS/HBs 575 & 910 (2023), SB 1166 (2022), and HB 2427 (2021).
