This bill establishes the "CPL Ben Cooper Memorial Bridge" on Loop 44/Range Line Road crossing over the Kansas City Southern Railroad in the City of Joplin in Newton County. The Department of Transportation must erect and maintain appropriate signs designating the bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
