SB 525 - This act provides that a county commission may overrule and reject a county library board of trustees' decision to order an election on the question of increasing taxes. This act further provides that the county commission may remove any member of a county library board of trustees for conduct prejudicial to the good order and effective operation of the library, or for other good cause, stated in writing and after a public hearing.
