SB 578 - This act provides that all aircraft casualty insurance shall be considered commercial casualty insurance for purposes of an exemption from the requirement to file insurance rating plans with the Director of the Department of Commerce and Insurance. This act is similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed HCS/SB 101 (2023), provisions in SCS/HB 585 (2023), provisions in SS/SCS/HCS/HB 655 (2023), provisions in HCS/HB 1019 (2023), and provisions in HCS/SS/SB 181 (2023).
