SB 328 - This act adds that public school district security officers shall have the authority to arrest and hold in custody a person who is reasonably believed by the officer to have committed a felony or who has committed in the presence of the officer any criminal offense or violation of a municipal or county ordinance. This act is identical to SB 955 (2022).
