SCS/SB 256 - This act provides that any veteran, as described in the act, shall be eligible to receive hunting and fishing permits free of charge for life. This provision also applies to active members of the Missouri National Guard. The Conservation Commission shall issue each permit upon request.

This act is similar to SB 1223 (2022).
