SJR 46 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, provides that the administration of justice shall include levying costs and fees to support salaries and benefits for certain state and county law enforcement personnel whose duties are reasonably related to the operation of the justice system, including sheriffs and former sheriffs. This amendment is identical to HJR 64 (2023).
