HB 153 -- BOATER SAFETY IDENTIFICATION

SPONSOR: Thomas

Currently, persons born after January 1, 1984, who operate a vessel on the lakes of this state are required to have a boater safety identification card issued by the Water Patrol.

This bill changes that requirement to operation of a vessel on the waters of this state.

This bill is the same as HB 2503 (2022).
