This bill subjects nonprofit corporations to campaign contribution and expenditure limitations imposed under Article III Section 2 and Article VIII Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution and subject to the same in-kind expenditures reporting currently required by law.
This bill is the same as HB 2891 (2022).
