This bill exempts all sales of diapers from sales tax.
For the purposes of this bill, "diapers" means absorbent garments worn by infants or toddlers who are not toilet-trained or by individuals who are incapable of controlling their bladder or bowel movements.
This bill is similar to HB 2384 (2022).
