This bill adds one additional Circuit Judge to the 21st Judicial Circuit in St. Louis County in 2024.
The bill provides the 11th Judicial Circuit with one additional Associate Circuit Judge position starting in fiscal year 2024, to be elected in 2024. Also beginning in fiscal year 2024, there will be a Commissioner of the Probate Division of the 11th Judicial Circuit.
This bill is similar to HCS HB 2423 (2022).
