HB 375 -- COUNTY COMMISSIONS AND HEALTH BOARDS

Currently, county commissions and county health center boards are prohibited from imposing standards or requirements on agricultural operations in additional to or more stringent than certain environmental state laws and rules enumerated in the bill. This bill repeals this prohibition.
This bill is the same as HB 2252 (2022).
