HB 457 -- INCOME TAX

SPONSOR: Richey

Beginning January 1, 2024, this bill allows a tax deduction of $1,200 for each unborn child when:

(1) The pregnancy has been confirmed by a physician, and;

(2) The taxpayer will be entitled to a dependency exemption for federal income tax purposes once the unborn child is born.
