HB 513 -- CONVEYANCE OF STATE PROPERTY

This bill authorizes the conveyance of land in the city of Rolla, Phelps County, Missouri. The land to be conveyed is described in the bill.
The Commissioner of Office of Administration shall set the terms and conditions for conveyance as is deemed reasonable.
The Attorney General shall approve the form of the instrument of conveyance.
