HB 535 -- RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES

Currently, the amount of total state payments for home care in licensed residential care facilities cannot exceed $156 a month and the amount of total state payments for care in licensed assisted living facilities cannot exceed $292.50 a month. This bill takes out those dollar limits and subjects payments to appropriation.
This bill is the same as HCS HB 2727 (2022).
