The bill provides the 11th Judicial Circuit with one additional associate circuit judge position starting in fiscal year 2024. Also beginning in fiscal year 2024, there will be a commissioner of the probate division of the 11th Judicial Circuit.

This bill is similar to HB 2715 (2022).
