This bill exempts non-lead vehicles in a platoon, as defined in the bill, from the following-distance provisions of Section 304.044, RSMo, and authorizes the Highways and Transportation Commission to promulgate administrative rules regarding platooning.
This bill is the same as SB 108 (2022).
