SB 500 - This act provides that the Governor or the Attorney General shall have the authority to submit an application for a statewide grand jury to the Supreme Court. In such application, the Governor or Attorney General shall state that the convening of a statewide grand jury is necessary because of the need to investigate any wrongdoing relating to vaccinations against COVID-19. The application shall specify for which counties the statewide grand jury is to be convened.
