SB 216 - This act designates the portion of Interstate 70 from Union Boulevard continuing west to State Highway U in St. Louis City and St. Louis County as "James W Brooks Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs designating the highway, with costs to be paid by private donation.
This act is identical to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/SS/SCS/SB 127 (2023), provisions in SCS/HB 94 et al. (2023), and provisions in HS/HB 1021 (2023).
