SB 302 - This act provides that any personal information of minors and, if applicable, any next friends shall be redacted from any court automation system that provides public access to electronic records on the internet. This act is identical to HB 444 (2023), a provision in HCS/SS#2/SB 761 (2022), and in SB 872 (2022) and is similar to a provision in CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 72 (2023), in SCS/HCS/HB 90 (2023), in the truly agreed to and finally passed HCS/SCS/SB 103 (2023), in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SCS/SBs 189, 36 & 37 (2023), in SS/SCS/HCS/HB 301 (2023), in SCS/HCS/HBs 994, 52 & 984 (2023), in HCS/SS#2/SB 823 (2022), and in SCS/HCS/HB 2151 (2022).
