SB 302 - This act provides that any personal information of minors and, if applicable, any next friends shall be redacted from any court automation system that provides public access to electronic records on the internet.

This act is identical to a provision in SB 872 (2022) and HCS/SS#2/SB 761 (2022) and is similar to a provision in HCS/SS#2/SB 823 (2022) and in SCS/HCS/HB 2151 (2022).
