SS/SB 115 - Under this act, the General Assembly occupies and preempts the entire field of legislation concerning the practice of veterinary medicine and political subdivisions shall be preempted from enacting, maintaining, or enforcing any order, ordinance, rule, regulation, policy, or similar measure that prohibits, restricts, limits, regulates, controls, directs, or interferes with the practice of veterinary medicine. This act is substantially similar to SB 1058 (2022) and HB 1586 (2022).
