SB 705 - Under current law, a person commits the offense of drug trafficking in the first or second degree if he or she is distributing or purchasing more than 8 grams or more than 24 grams of a mixture containing a cocaine base.This act repeals those provisions.
Additionally, this act contains an emergency clause.
