HCS/HJR 20 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, affirms the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife. Nothing in this constitutional amendment shall be construed to prevent the General Assembly from enacting laws that limit the rights of convicted felons or those adjudicated by a court to be a danger to one’s self or others as a result of a mental disorder or mental infirmity.

This amendment is similar to SJR 1 (2023), SJR 32 (2022), SJR 3 (2021), SJR 1 (2023), HCS/HJRs 82 & 106 (2022), SJR 16 (2021), and HJRs 23 & 38 (2021).
