HCS/HB 130 - This act establishes the "Stars and Stripes Historic Region of Missouri". The Department of Transportation may place suitable markings and informational signs within the region, with the costs to be paid by private donation.

These provisions are similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/SS/SCS/SB 127 (2023), provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/SS/SB 139 (2023), provisions in HS/HB 1021 (2023), provisions in SCS/HB 94 et al. (2023), SB 849 (2022), and HCS/HB 1562 (2022).
