HCS/HBs 651, 479 & 647 - The act modifies the definition of "video service" for provisions of law relating to video service providers. The act excludes streaming content accessed via a service that enables users to access content via the internet from the definition of "video service". This act is identical to SB 152 (2023), SB 299 (2023), a provision in HCS/SS/SB 222 (2023), a provision in HCS/SB 275 (2023), HB 479 (2023), a provision in HCS/HB 536 (2023), HB 647 (2023) and SCS/SB 1232 (2022).
