HCS/HB 225 - This act creates the "Missouri Nuclear Clean Power Act" providing for clean baseload electric generating plants that are designed to be operated at 600 megawatts or less.

Costs recovered by an electrical corporation under this act are subject to inclusion or exclusion from rates in a ratemaking proceeding. This act is identical to HB 1684 (2022), HB 261 (2021), and similar to SB 333 (2023).
