HB 345 - Current law specifies that the boards of commissioners of certain special road districts may spend not more than 1/4 of the revenue paid into their treasuries for the purpose of maintaining roads within the limits of a city. This act removes the limit of 1/4.

This act is identical to HB 1049 (2023), SB 1121 (2022), and provisions in SCS/HB 1541 (2022).
