Introduced

SB 655 - Under this act, if a court grants an adult or child full order of protection and finds that the respondent was convicted of or pled guilty or nolo contendere to sexual assault in the first degree, statutory rape in the first degree, or child molestation in the first, second, or third degree and the petitioner was the victim, then the order of protection shall be made permanent.
