SCS/HCS/HBs 802, 807 & 886 - Under the act, the Department of Natural Resources is authorized to convey real property located in Iron County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission. This act authorizes the Governor to convey real property located in Christian County, Missouri; the City of Rolla, Phelps County; the City of Kirksville, Adair County; the City of St. Louis; and St. Louis County. The Governor is further authorized to convey real property located in Pike County, Missouri to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.
Additionally, the Governor is authorized to convey real property located in the City of Joplin, Jasper County to the Joplin School District.
This act is identical to provisions in SB 248 (2023), SB 537 (2023), SB 505 (2023), SB 612 (2023).
