SB 1265 - Currently, a "grain dealer" shall not mean a producer or feeder of grain for his own farming who purchases grain exclusively from licensed grain dealers or whose total grain purchases during a fiscal year do not exceed 50,000 bushels, or, a manufacturer or processor of feed whose total grain purchases during a fiscal year do not exceed 50,000 bushels. The act repeals these provisions. The act is substantially similar to HB 2196 (2024).
