SS/SB 748 - This act extends the expiration dates for the Ground Ambulance, Nursing Facility, Medicaid Managed Care Organization, Hospital, Pharmacy, and Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled federal reimbursement allowances from September 30, 2024, to September 30, 2029. This act is similar to SB 840 (2024).
