SB 1024 - This act establishes that classroom instruction relating to gender identity or sexual orientation shall not occur in kindergarten through third grade or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate.

This act is identical to SB 390 (2023) and similar to HB 1752 (2022) and HB 786 (2021).
