SB 1314 - This act prohibits funds from being expended by any state department for interdepartmental programs, staffing, or other initiatives associated with "diversity, equity, and inclusion" or "diversity, inclusion, and belonging", or any other similar initiative, as described in the act. Certain exceptions are outlined in the act.

This act is substantially similar to HB 2365 (2024).
