SB 1137 - Under this act, certain residential care facilities, camps, sanitariums, certain care homes for children, and foster homes or child placement agencies operated by well-known religious orders or churches shall no longer be exempt from the requirements of certain licensing laws for child homes. This act is identical to SB 244 (2023) and HB 15 (1st Extraordinary Sess. 2022).
