Current Bill Summary

SB 1177 - This act provides that any wholesaler licensed to sell intoxicating liquor in this state shall not charge a separate delivery fee, fuel surcharge, or any other charge associated with delivery, but shall include any delivery costs in the price of the intoxicating liquor sold to retailers.

This act is identical to SB 698 (2023) and HB 1106 (2023).
