SB 840 - This act removes the expiration date for the Ground Ambulance, Nursing Facility, Medicaid Managed Care Organization, Hospital, Pharmacy, and Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled federal reimbursement allowances.

This act is similar to the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SB 748 (2024).
