SB 453 - This act provides that any person convicted of the offense of tampering with a judicial officer and the offense of tampering with a judicial proceeding shall not be eligible for parole, probation, or conditional release.

This act is identical to SB 1441 (2024) and to a provision in the perfected HCS/HB 2700 (2024).
