SB 515 - Under current law, manufacturers of intoxicating liquor other than beer or wine are permitted to offer consumer cash rebate coupons as provided in law. This act repeals those provisions to allow manufacturers of beer and wine to offer such consumer cash rebate coupons. SARAH HASKINS
