HCS/HBs 513, 413, & 536 - This act repeals the September 1, 2026, expiration dates of the authority for political subdivisions to use the construction manager-at-risk and design-build methods for certain construction projects. This act is substantially similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS#2/SCS/HB 199 (2025) and the perfected SS#2/SCS/SB 10 (2025). ERIC VANDER WEERD
