SCS/HB 42 - This act requires that certain records regarding the acquisition of a detached catalytic converter include the vehicle identification number of the vehicle from which the catalytic converter was removed. This act is similar to provisions in SB 761 (2025), SB 785 (2025), HCS/SB 189 (2025), HB 214 (2025), HB 304 (2025), HB 418 (2025), and HB 757 (2025). ERIC VANDER WEERD
