HCS/HB 105 - The act authorizes the conveyance of state property located in Miller County to the City of Osage Beach, Camden County. The act further authorizes the conveyance of state property located in the County of Jackson and Webster County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.
The act has provisions identical to provisions in SB 247 (2025).
