HB 1218 - This act modifies the offense of burglary in the second degree to include when a person knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a restricted area, as described in the act, of a commercial business for the purpose of committing a crime. Such offense shall be a class B misdemeanor for a first offense and a class A misdemeanor for a second or subsequent offense.KATIE O'BRIEN
