SB 1281 - This act repeals the sunset date of the Cyber Crime Investigation Fund and the grant program created under the Fund. This act is identical to CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 60 (2025) and is similar to a provision in HCS/SS#2/SCS/SB 10 (2025), in SCS/HCS/HB 87 (2025), in SCS/HCS/HB 615 (2025), in SCS/HCS/HB 1259 (2025), and in SS/HCS/HB 1464 (2025).
